HeyRup for business owners with multiple activities
Several businesses. Each set of invoices kept separate.
Invoices for several businesses and personal purchases can easily end up in the same mailbox. HeyRup sorts them according to rules you have confirmed. You review and download them for the right accountant.
One organisation, multiple businesses
Check which business the invoice is made out to.
You may receive invoices for two companies from the same hosting provider. That is why saying “send everything from the hosting provider to the accountant” is not enough. HeyRup uses the customer named on the document and your rules.
Manage businesses, categories and recipients in one place. Each accountant receives only the documents for their businesses. Personal purchases stay separate.
No programming
Describe the rules in your own words.
“Send documents issued to Company Alfa to its accountant. Invoices for Company Beta belong to the other accountant. Do not send personal purchases.”
Illustrative instruction exampleDuring the first search, we show you the documents found and a proposed sorting scheme. You confirm that the assignments match your business. If rules overlap or something needs clarification, you will see the specific case.
A new supplier does not necessarily mean a new rule. If the invoice belongs to a known customer and meets the approved conditions, it can continue. For a new customer, we ask for your decision first.
Your accountant does not need to learn another app.
Choose the accountant, businesses and documents. Review the preview before confirming; each business has a separate email. You can enable a recurring schedule for future periods.
One unclear invoice does not have to hold up the rest. It stays with you for a decision and is not randomly assigned to a business.
How does it work when you have multiple businesses?
Does each business need its own mailbox?
No. One mailbox can contain invoices for different businesses. You can also connect multiple mailboxes; the message source and the business named on the invoice are two different things.
Do I pay separately for each business ID?
A plan belongs to one customer organisation. Its businesses and connected mailboxes share the invoice allowance. Adding another business alone does not mean another subscription.
Can a colleague or accountant join?
The owner manages the organisation. Your accountant receives selected PDFs by email and does not need access to your mailbox. Shared access and team roles are planned for later development.
Less chasing invoices
Start your next handover with the invoices already together.
Connect your mailbox, check the invoices found and send them to the right accountant.

Hosting belongs to Alpha, phone service to Beta. Keep a personal purchase separate. For a new buyer, check the details on the PDF and decide which company it belongs to.
Resolve uncertainty first. A new rule does not take effect without your confirmation. The sender alone may not identify the right company.
Review assigned documents and send each accountant the right PDFs after confirming the preview, or download them separately. The sample PDFs below represent original documents, not a new report.
