If you ask for a launch notification, Radek Duha stores your email, the form language and the date of your consent, based on that consent. We use this information only to announce the launch, not to subscribe you to a newsletter. It is stored in a private Cloudflare database; Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form.

Every day, we remove records older than 180 days from the active database. The provider’s technical backups may retain data for longer.

Make the estimate your own

This counts your active time after initial setup. It excludes processing waits, the first mailbox connection and rule setup, and documents outside the connected mailbox. More unclear invoices mean more review time.

How to measure the saving with your own invoices →

Every invoice ready for your accountant counts once.

One unit is used when HeyRup identifies a unique business invoice, assigns it to a business and no unresolved questions remain. Simply finding or downloading a PDF is not enough. The invoice counts before you download it or send it to your accountant.

With multiple businesses, you do not need to buy a new plan for every business ID. Volume is counted across one organisation.

How usage works →

How plans and invoice counts work.

What counts as one invoice?

One unique business invoice that has been identified and assigned to a business with no unresolved questions. It counts when it first reaches this state, rather than when you download it or hand it over to your accountant. Emails without invoices, personal purchases, unclear documents and failed processing do not use a unit. A multi-page invoice still counts as one invoice.

Do you count the same document again?

No. Within the same organisation, an invoice already counted does not count again when you search again, find it in another mailbox, download it, move it to another business, change its destination or resend it. This also applies in a later period. Corrections to an incorrect count appear in the usage overview.

What happens when the allowance is used up?

Further processing that requires a new unit pauses, and you can see what it is waiting for. For now, you can wait for renewal; higher plans are in preparation. You can continue to open and download documents already prepared and counted. We do not charge overage fees without your confirmation.

Do I pay separately for each business or mailbox?

No. A plan belongs to one customer organisation, and its businesses and connected mailbox mailboxes share the allowance. Independent clients of an accountant each have their own space and plan.

How are invoices from older periods counted?

What matters is when the invoice is first ready for your accountant, not its issue date, payment date or email arrival date. A historical invoice prepared for the first time may use the current period’s capacity or separately offered initial-import capacity. This depends on whether the initial-import offer applies to that document and how much of the relevant capacity remains. Before importing, check the offer available to your account, the selected range and remaining allowance; do not assume that all historical invoices use the monthly limit. An invoice awaiting your decision counts only after it is resolved and assigned.

When does the allowance renew?

The free plan renews in monthly cycles from the organisation’s activation. A paid plan renews according to your subscription. You can see the exact next renewal date in the app.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Paid plans are not yet available. Once launched, before upgrading, you will see the price and effect on your available allowance. Downgrades or cancellation normally take effect after the paid period ends. Revoking email access does not itself cancel a subscription.

How long are documents available?

We retain working copies for three calendar months from the first import. Using up your allowance does not shorten this period; repeated processing does not extend it. Arrange long-term retention separately.
