What counts and what does not
A newly prepared company invoice uses one unit. A personal document, uncertain result and processing error are not successfully prepared company invoices. Multiple pages of the same invoice are still one document.
Repeated searching, OCR, classification corrections or sending the same document again are not new invoices. Any correction of incorrect usage has its own traceable record.
An older date does not mean free processing
A historical invoice prepared for the first time may use the current period’s capacity or separately offered initial-import capacity. This depends on whether the initial-import offer applies to that document and how much of the relevant capacity remains. Before importing, check the offer available to your account, the selected range and remaining allowance; do not assume that all historical invoices use the monthly limit. You confirm historical sending separately.
Continue after running out without losing track
Further work requiring a new unit waits. You can open and hand over already prepared eligible documents. The plan shows the renewal date or upgrade option; no automatic extra charge arises without your confirmation.
Check the price and effect before confirming a change
When upgrading, check the additional payment, new capacity and renewal date. Downgrading or cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Returning from the payment page does not itself prove a plan was successfully activated; its actual state in the app is decisive.
