Disconnecting the source and stopping future work
Open Mailboxes in HeyRup and choose Disconnect. Check whether to keep or also delete available documents. If you do not want previously imported documents sent either, pause their delivery schedule.
Working copies and retention
We retain document content for three calendar months from the first import. For unsent documents, pay attention to expiry warnings and download the copies you need. Repeating work does not extend the period.
Delete earlier using the available app action or ask support. Removal from the active environment and the time until all backup copies are removed are different; the privacy policy describes the specific scope.
Ending a subscription and account
Cancel a paid plan in its management area and check the effective date. Ending payment does not mean unexpected immediate deletion; documents follow the published retention period. For complete account and related-data deletion, use the available option or contact support.
