Rules for using heyrup.app

1. What heyrup.app does

heyrup.app finds PDF attachments in connected mailboxes, recognises possible invoices and presents them for your review. It assigns documents using rules you approve or individual decisions, and lets you send them to a selected recipient. Paid plans are in preparation. heyrup.app is not an accounting, tax or legal adviser.

2. Your account and access

You are responsible for the connected accounts, folder settings, recipients and documents sent. You can disconnect an IMAP mailbox in HeyRup. For any Google OAuth connection, access can also be revoked in your Google account settings.

3. Review before sending

Automatic document recognition can be wrong or incomplete. Before using results for accounting, check the documents and their completeness. Manual sending follows the preview you confirm; recurring sending follows a schedule you explicitly enable. Saving an accountant's address alone sends nothing.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to gain unauthorised access to other people’s emails, circumvent security measures, send spam, store illegal content or perform activities that violate the rights of others.

5. Service availability and changes

heyrup.app is developing rapidly. Some features may be in testing, may change or may be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Liability

heyrup.app helps reduce manual work, but does not replace your review or your accountant’s review. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect settings, choosing the wrong recipient, incomplete documents or a user sending a package without checking it.

7. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that heyrup.app needs to work with email attachments and information from documents to fulfil its purpose. We retain working copies of documents for three calendar months from the first import; HeyRup is not a long-term accounting archive. Download documents you need to retain longer or arrange their retention separately.

8. Ending your use of the service

You can stop using the service and revoke its access to connected accounts. If you need to request data deletion, contact jsem@radekduha.cz.
