Privacy policy

If you ask for a launch notification, Radek Duha stores your email, the form language and the date of your consent, based on that consent. We use this information only to announce the launch, not to subscribe you to a newsletter. It is stored in a private Cloudflare database; Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form.

Every day, we remove records older than 180 days from the active database. The provider’s technical backups may retain data for longer.

You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing jsem@radekduha.cz.

Email connections

Connect your mailbox through IMAP. The Gmail connector is not publicly available yet. Support depends on your provider's settings and capabilities.

How connections will work

For IMAP, you need the server address, username and password or app password. The connection uses TLS on port 993; POP3 and STARTTLS are not supported. Verify the connection first, then select the folders containing invoices. HeyRup sends documents to accountants through its own delivery service, not your mailbox's SMTP server.

Choose a provider to open an email draft. You send the message yourself; this does not connect an inbox or promise a release date.
