Privacy policy

If you ask for a launch notification, Radek Duha stores your email, the form language and the date of your consent, based on that consent. We use this information only to announce the launch, not to subscribe you to a newsletter. It is stored in a private Cloudflare database; Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form.

Every day, we remove records older than 180 days from the active database. The provider’s technical backups may retain data for longer.

You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing jsem@radekduha.cz.

What HeyRup finds in your email

What matters is how the document reaches your connected inbox. See what to prepare and what to check.

PDF attachment

HeyRup searches PDF attachments in your connected mailbox within the period you choose. You review the document and its assignment.

Paper receipt

Scan it into a readable PDF and email it as an attachment to your connected inbox. Check that all details are complete and legible.

Document from a supplier portal

Download the original PDF or ask for it by email. Deliver the attachment to your connected inbox.

JPG or PNG photo

Image attachments alone are not supported yet. Scan to PDF and check that the entire document is included.

Link in an email

HeyRup does not sign in to a portal for you, and a link is not a PDF attachment. Download the document first.
