Where to find the invoice and payment receipt
According to its official help page, ElevenLabs emails copies of invoices and receipts to the account’s email address. Invoice history is also available on the website. Look for a particular purchase’s documents in that account’s mailbox or billing area.
On the website, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the ElevenLabs account associated with the purchase and open Subscription.
- Select Billing.
- Click View invoices.
- Open the relevant invoice. The help page says you can view and download both the invoice and receipt as PDFs there.

A credit summary or audio file is not an invoice
Downloaded audio is the output of your work; a credit summary helps you check service usage. Collecting purchase documents answers a different question: which invoice and payment receipt do you have for a particular purchase?
Don’t build a replacement invoice from usage figures or create your own document for each audio file. Start with the specific purchase you need evidence for, then find its documents in the email or invoice history.
Open the file before sending it
Downloading any PDF does not mean you have found the right document. We recommend comparing the purchase details, date and amount in the file with the request you are handling. Check the period too, if one is shown. Don’t guess missing information.
Hypothetical example: a colleague asks for documents for a September purchase, but you find a file with a different date or amount. Don’t send it simply because it comes from ElevenLabs. First confirm which payment the request concerns, then select the matching document.
Name the invoice and payment receipt so the recipient can tell which file they are opening. Leave the downloaded PDFs’ contents unchanged and save them in the agreed location. If the recipient needs both documents, send each separately.
Does a colleague have account access? Ask for the specific documents
If you cannot access the relevant account, ask the person who made the purchase or already has authorised account access. Request the documents; you do not need their password. For example, you can send this message:
Fill in the square brackets before sending. Leave out unknown details and describe the purchase using what you actually know. If you find no document in either the relevant account’s email or its invoice history, keep it on your missing-documents list. Don’t attach a credit summary or audio file as a substitute.
