List the specific rides
After a work trip, you have several Uber rides whose records must go to your accountant. First list ride dates and the account or profile used to book them. An individual ride in personal history and a monthly company account overview may be different things.
For each ride, establish which document is available, which account it belongs to and whether the accountant already has it. Document names and availability may vary by market and company setup; do not judge type solely by the Uber logo.
For one ride, start in its history
Rider help describes Activity → completed ride → Receipt. The details may offer a PDF download or an option to resend the receipt to the registered email. Check that the displayed route and date match the ride you need.

If you cannot see the ride, check the account used to book it. Do not substitute a similar trip or a personal ride from the same day. Use the date and specific ride identification when asking for help finding it.
Work with the company administrator on company records
In Uber for Business, the administrator opens Activity, selects the ride and chooses Download PDF Invoice if a document is available. For a monthly bundle, open Billing → Statements and Invoices and choose Download → Invoices for the relevant month. The administrator checks these options in the actual company account.
If the dashboard shows Invoice not available, the administrator can check the message for that ride as described in the guide. That administrator must confirm availability in the specific company account. A procedure from another market is no guarantee that every invoice type exists for you.
Open the bundle and compare it with your rides
Downloading the monthly bundle does not finish the check. Unpack it and compare its documents with the ride list. Check each file’s date, identifier, amount and document type. If a ride has several documents, keep their connection clear.
In a hypothetical example, Ondřej took three work rides. The monthly bundle has documents for only two. He leaves the third item open and checks with the administrator whether it used another profile or whether its document is unavailable.
He gives the accountant original files with a list stating “rides 1 and 2 attached, ride 3 being located”. The number of files in the ZIP alone would not convey this.
Request a missing document for the specific ride
Write to the administrator or support: “I need the available original documents for the work ride on X through company A’s account. I cannot find it in the monthly bundle. Please check the profile and document status.”
If you only have a payment receipt and your accountant needs another record, state the two requirements separately. Hand over documents using their actual names and keep the missing item’s status visible until resolved.
