The domain helps identify the right account
Your domain runs on Cloudflare, but an invoice is missing from the accountant’s folder. First establish which Cloudflare account manages the paid service. The domain name helps, but you also need the particular purchase and its period to locate the document.
List the account, service and month or annual renewal date. If the company uses several accounts, do not search at random based on similar domains. Contact the administrator of the account the order actually belongs to.
Download the document from account billing
An authorized administrator opens Billing → Invoices and documents in the Cloudflare dashboard. They select the download option beside the required invoice number. Cloudflare recommends contacting support about historical documents absent from this section. The same documentation says Enterprise customers receive invoices directly from Cloudflare’s accounting team.
Official invoice instructions →
If you cannot see billing, ask the current administrator for the specific document. Access to website settings alone is no reason to expect access to all of the account’s billing details.
Open the file and check the customer, number, currency and billed services. Do not substitute a document for the same domain from a different period for the document you need.
Check monthly and annual cycles separately
Cloudflare explains that monthly and annual subscriptions in one account can follow different billing cycles. If you are collecting all September documents, check which services are monthly and which renew annually. Do not automatically expect the same invoice for every service every month.
In a hypothetical example, company A has a monthly service and a separate annual subscription. Lucie finds the monthly document, but the annual renewal also belongs in the September handover. She locates both according to their actual periods and lists them separately.
Nor does she mark the annual item as missing simply because no new document appears in October. She first checks the renewal date and the period covered by the document already obtained.
A settings change does not automatically fix an old invoice
Cloudflare’s documentation says issued invoices cannot be regenerated and billing detail changes appear in the next invoice. If something is wrong on an original document, contact support; do not rewrite the file yourself.

To locate it, write to the administrator: “Please send the document for company A’s account for the monthly service and for the annual renewal if it falls within [month and year]. I need the original documents covering the correct periods.”
When handing documents to your accountant, identify the account and services. For an unavailable historical document, say the administrator is following up with support. The overview remains usable even when part of the purchase follows a different rhythm from monthly document collection.
