Start from your own documents
After the first search, review recognised companies. Name them so you can reliably distinguish them and verify their identification details. Keep personal purchases outside automatic handover to your accountant.
Write and confirm a rule
For example: “Documents issued to Company Alfa belong in Alfa; do not send personal purchases to the accountant.” Adapt examples to your real details. Passwords and sensitive information not needed for sorting do not belong in rules.
- Open Companies and rules.
- Choose or create the correct company or category.
- Describe distinguishing conditions in ordinary language.
- Review examples and possible conflicts.
- Confirm the intended rule; set recipients and sending separately.
When a document matches several options
An unclear customer or conflict between two companies needs a decision. Do not keep creating almost identical rules instead of explaining the conflict. Distinguish whether you are correcting one document or future behaviour.
