Connect the actual document sources
Connect each mailbox with the consent of someone authorised to use it. After returning from Google, verify the specific address; several accounts may be signed in to the browser.
- Once the Gmail connector is released, you will be able to add another Gmail account under Mailboxes. Connecting IMAP requires access and the enabled feature; public registration is not open yet.
- Check its address and status.
- When searching, choose the required source and period.
Determine the company from the document and rules
Personal email does not necessarily contain only personal purchases. For multiple customers, verify identification directly on the invoice and the confirmed rules. Unknown ownership must not be replaced by a guess based on the mailbox name.
The same invoice need not count twice
A document found in the original and forwarded message is recognised within the organisation as the same invoice. Corrected content may need review. A fault in one mailbox has its own status; check it separately from other sources.
