Using a service and accessing its invoices are different things
When looking for a business email document, first identify the service, company and period. Then find out who bought the subscription and manages its billing. If an external supplier arranged the purchase, check with them who issues the invoice. Mailbox access alone does not determine invoice access.
Google Workspace
These steps apply to an account with automatic payments in the Admin console. The administrator needs billing management privileges. They open Billing → Payment accounts, select View invoices beside the relevant subscription and find the PDF by invoice number under documents. For older periods, they expand the date filter. For the matching PDF Invoice entry, they then select Download. These are the English interface labels; other languages may differ.
For a subscription managed in the Google Admin console, look for billing there. If a reseller supplies the service, ask them for the invoice. Google's instructions provide a separate route for reseller purchases.

Microsoft 365
Ask an authorised billing administrator to open the Microsoft 365 admin center. In the dashboard view, go to Billing → Bills & payments; in the simplified view, go to Products → View invoices. Microsoft's instructions require the Billing Administrator role.
If the administrator sees several billing accounts, they must select the one associated with the purchase. An empty list does not necessarily mean the invoice does not exist. First check the account and date range. Then open the matching invoice and download its PDF using Download → Download invoice.

Zoho / Zoho Workplace
Look for a Zoho subscription invoice in the transaction history of the relevant account. Zoho’s official guide says to choose Download Invoices in Zoho Store. This opens Transaction History, where you can use the PDF icon beside the matching transaction to download the document.
If you cannot see the transaction or download option, contact the person managing that subscription. Zoho’s Enterprise FAQ says the Super Admin can download Store invoices. The same access cannot therefore be promised to every ordinary app user; the administrator can download the PDF for you.
For Zoho Workplace, another route is Admin Console → Subscription → Overview → Manage Subscription → Your Store Details → Transaction History. This route applies to Workplace; do not assume every Zoho app has the same menus.

What to send the administrator if you lack access
Request template: “Please send the original invoice PDF for [Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / specific Zoho product or bundle], company [name], domain or account [details] and period [month]. If our supplier issues the invoice, please obtain it from them.”
We recommend opening the original downloaded PDF and matching supplier, customer, service, date or period, amount and currency to the purchase. If the document has an invoice number, note it for future searches. Flag missing or inconsistent details for checking.
