Start with subscription history in Zoho Store
Look for a Zoho subscription invoice in the transaction history of the relevant account. Zoho’s official guide says to choose Download Invoices in Zoho Store. This opens Transaction History, where you can use the PDF icon beside the matching transaction to download the document.
Zoho: download subscription invoices →
Before searching, we recommend identifying the product or service bundle, the business and the period or known payment date. A shared history does not confirm that the account currently open contains every subscription for every business.
The steps below are based on public Zoho documentation checked on 17 October 2026. They were not tested in a signed-in customer account; the English menu labels are guides taken from those instructions.
If you start in a specific app
Zoho also documents a route from the service you need the invoice for. Open that app, click the profile at the top right and choose Upgrade/Manage Subscription beneath the profile details. Then open Payment History and download the PDF for the matching transaction.

Use this as an alternative to the shared history. The number of apps you use does not establish how many separate invoices should exist: find the transaction for the subscription actually purchased.
Where to find the Zoho Books subscription invoice
The US Zoho Books help page gives the route Zoho Store → Your Store Details → Transaction History. It also describes an alternative within Books: Settings → Organization → Manage Subscription.
Zoho Books: invoices for your own subscription (US documentation) →
This guide concerns the invoice for subscribing to Zoho Books itself. The Settings route is an example from US Books documentation; menus may differ in other products or language versions.
If the transaction or PDF download is missing
If you cannot see the transaction or download option, contact the person managing that subscription. Zoho’s Enterprise FAQ says the Super Admin can download Store invoices. The same access cannot therefore be promised to every ordinary app user; the administrator can download the PDF for you.
Zoho Enterprise: who can download invoices →
Check the sign-in email and the organisation holding the subscription with the administrator. Zoho supports primary and linked secondary accounts in different data centres. Being signed in does not prove you are in the right account for that service. Use the existing access the administrator knows belongs to the subscription; do not infer the data centre from the website language or business location.
Zoho Accounts: signing in to accounts in different data centres →
We recommend asking for the specific PDF or confirmation of the correct account, without taking over the administrator’s account. Until the document is found, keep the request open and agree with a named person when to check again.
A message to complete and send to the administrator
Send details that identify both the subscription and the transaction. Mark unknown fields as unknown; do not invent details to fill the message.
Hello, please send the original Zoho invoice PDF for [customer name] for [exact product or bundle / subscription]. The registered email is [registered email], and the known organisation or its identifier is [detail, if known]. I need the document for [period], or for the transaction dated [date] for [amount and currency].
I tried [Zoho Store → Transaction History / app → Manage Subscription → Payment History], but [the transaction is not visible / the download option is missing / exact error message]. Could you download the original supplier PDF, or confirm the correct account and organisation? If further searching is needed, please let me know who will do it and when we will follow up. Thank you.
Do not include a password, multi-factor authentication code or any other sign-in credentials in the request.
Fictional example: one payment for Zoho Books
This example is fictional. Business A needs the PDF for its Zoho Books subscription for a transaction on 15 September 2026. It has recorded the requested period, amount and currency; the administrator knows which registered account holds the subscription.
The administrator opens Transaction History in Zoho Store, finds the matching Books transaction and downloads its PDF. If that route is unavailable, the documented Books alternative is Settings → Organization → Manage Subscription. If the document is missing there too, the administrator checks the account and available access. A PDF for another subscription does not resolve the request.
After downloading, the administrator opens the PDF and compares the customer, service, date or stated period and currency with Business A’s request. If they match, the original file is passed on. If the customer differs, for example, the discrepancy is noted and the search remains open with a named administrator and an agreed follow-up date.
Check the document before passing it on
We recommend opening the original downloaded PDF and matching supplier, customer, service, date or period, amount and currency to the purchase. If the document has an invoice number, note it for future searches. Flag missing or inconsistent details for checking.
This is a practical identity check, not an assessment of accounting or tax validity. The search ends with the matching original PDF, or a specific request to an administrator who will resolve the missing document. An empty transaction list alone is not enough.
