Choose the handover frequency

Under Sending and automation, select the accountant and businesses. Open automatic delivery scheduling, choose an available interval, day and time, and check the time zone. The schedule applies to future unsent documents, not automatically to one-off PDF selections or historical imports.

  1. Verify recipients, companies and confirmed rules.
  2. Choose how often to hand over and set the day and time.
  3. In the settings preview, check the businesses, recipient address and recurring date.
  4. After saving, reopen the schedule settings. Check the next-date preview there, along with the time zone and whether the schedule is active.

What to expect in normal use

Empty packages are not sent. A new customer, rule conflict, connection issue or quota problem appears as a specific task. An unknown document is not sent to a randomly chosen recipient without a decision.

If attachments do not fit in one message, the handover is split. A single oversized file remains for your own download and follow-up, not automatically on a public link.

You can pause automation

Check active schedules when changing accountants or rules. Pausing future runs does not recall attachments already sent and does not cancel your subscription. Track a particular delivery in the handover overview.
