Search for the supplier, not just invoice
In this example, you're missing September's hosting invoice. Check the email address registered in the service's customer account and open that mailbox in Seznam Email on the web. Search for the service name or the sender of an older invoice. The message may have arrived in August or used billing statement as its subject, so invoice and September alone may miss it.
Check bulk mail, custom folders, spam and trash
Alongside Doručené (Inbox), check Hromadné (Bulk mail) and your own folders. A rule may have moved the message based on its sender or subject. If this keeps happening, check your rules to see where this supplier's mail goes. Also check Spam and Koš (Trash). Finding a message in spam doesn't establish that it's safe: check the actual sender and the purchase it relates to.

Check whether the message contains the document
A hosting email may contain a PDF, a notification or a link to your customer account. For an expected attachment, check the customer and purchase, then save the right version. If the document isn't in the email, open the supplier's known website and look in the account's billing area. An order confirmation or payment notification doesn't automatically mean you have the invoice.
A deleted message may not be recoverable
Seznam automatically clears some folders according to their settings. Automatic deletion cannot be completely disabled for Koš, and Seznam's help says messages removed from Trash cannot be recovered. Check your mailbox's actual settings; don't rely on an older invoice remaining there.
If the invoice isn't in the portal either, request a copy: 'Please resend the September hosting invoice for [company], customer account [identifier].' Let your accountant know this document is missing. When it arrives, note the sender's address and where you found it so you know where to start next time.
