Clockify
Clockify’s help says workspace owners or administrators manage subscriptions. If someone else buys the subscription for your team, ask them to download the document. Access to time tracking alone does not mean you can also see billing.
In Clockify, open the menu under the relevant workspace’s name and select Subscription. After being redirected to your CAKE.com account, open the Invoices tab. Find the billing record you need in the history and download the invoice for the requested period.
Clockify also lets you create client invoices from billable time and expenses. Those invoices can be downloaded as PDFs and accompanied by time reports. They describe work you charge your client for.
Harvest
An account Administrator opens Settings → Billing and checks Current plan for the v1 or v2 label. Check the specific account you need the document for: different accounts can use different versions. The following steps apply to v2. For v1, use the matching help linked from Harvest’s billing-version overview.
Open Settings in the top right and go to Billing. Under Payment method, click Billing history. For the relevant payment, select View invoice / receipt. On the next page, choose Download invoice or Download receipt, depending on which document you need.

Toggl Track
In the paying organisation's account, open Subscription in the left menu. In the admin console's Billing view, choose History and use the arrow on the right of the specific invoice to download its PDF. Toggl's official guide distinguishes that arrow from clicking the whole row: the row opens invoice and payment details, with an option to obtain a payment receipt. For a subscription invoice, save the invoice PDF itself. Toggl also emails invoices when they are issued.
Use the account and organisation associated with the payment. If another person handles that purchase, request the document from them. Do not export client time records merely because you cannot see subscription billing.
