Paying by card: start in Campaign Manager

Open the specific ad account and choose Billing on the left. On Payment activity, set the date range and, if needed, payment status. Select the rows you need, open Download all and choose Download as PDF. Once the files are ready, finish with Download.

PDF gives you individual receipts; CSV provides a report of their details. LinkedIn lists billing admin or account manager as the required role. If you only manage a Page or campaigns without the necessary access, ask the administrator for documents for the specified account and period.

Download monthly invoices from Ads Billing Center

If the ad account uses monthly invoicing, sign in to Business Manager. Use Ads | Business Manager in the upper-left corner to open Ads Billing Center and check the selected Business Manager. In Invoices, find the document by number, period or filters.

Use the download icon beside an invoice number for one PDF. For a batch, choose Download all, select PDF or CSV and click Download when generation finishes. LinkedIn requires a Business Manager admin for this route and excludes Enterprise ad accounts set up with an insertion order. If that is your arrangement, contact your billing representative.

Recent charges and billing changes have specific exceptions

A card receipt can take 24–48 hours to become available after a charge is processed. For a recent charge, first check that processing has completed, then return to the correct account and period.

After switching from card payments to monthly invoicing, older receipts may not appear directly on Payment activity. The help points to View receipts below that tab. Self-service PDFs are no longer available for some online purchases before March 4, 2025; LinkedIn offers a personal-data CSV export. Do not relabel that export as the original PDF receipt.

Advertising is separate from LinkedIn Premium

Look for advertising documents in the ad account, not personal Premium or Sales Navigator purchase history. Hypothetical example: a colleague paid for Premium using the same company card as your ads. Their subscription receipt does not document the ad charge, even though the supplier on the statement looks the same.

Before handover, open the file and check the account, customer, amount and period. If it is still missing after checking billing mode and permissions, give the administrator or support the account ID and specific payment details. Use campaign reports only as supporting context.
